Meet-Up

Okay, hubby found this group site called Meet-Up – its where you can meet people and share the same hobbies of sort or just want to go meet and make new friends.  This is a fantastic way to get together or just hang out…there is a meet up group for you!

Well, we both got a bit crazy and join not 1, 2 but a few!! I got a bit confused as there were a few meet-ups and I thought the one that we were looking to go was cancelled so he made me a guest on his meetup group…but it was not, it was another group that decided to meet up on the same night but a different venue!

So, now, i put things on the meet up that I have RSVP on the calendar so that I know what, where, when and who (the group) is meeting and which ones I have RSVP.

The first one that we both attended was a brilliant evening, hubby took some pics and posted them on the group site.  It was the Palmetto Acoustic Group @ Muddy Waters Cafe and my group Chas Women group and it was a fun evening and the music was great! There is a series of Palmetto Acoustic meetup at Muddy Waters and the next one is July 31 @ 7pm – Barnard Sisters is playing.  My friend Pam is one of the Barnard sister and I’m looking forward to hearing them and I’ve already put that on the calendar…

There is another meet up group I join and they are meeting at Blend this coming Thurs – this group is for Coffee Lovers and who likes to go around try all the coffees in all the coffee shops…the first one that I am attending is as said on Thursday…this should be an interesting evening and meeting new people…keep an eye for this blog for this meetup —

Okay, guess that’s it for now, I have other things that needs my attention, like cooking dinner, laundry..etc…it is the weekend after all!
