not familiar with couple of ingredients but still its a great recipe. will have to try it sooner or later

Interesting recipe. I am a Filipino but its my first time to hear surol and kalabo. It could be local to Camiguin. I usually cook my ginataan with the diluted coconut milk first.
You can delete my comment after reading this, but you should capitalize proper nouns like filipino, chinese american. It should be onions instead of unions
