Bread Lowers High Blood…

I get this newsletter telling me all kinds of information and this one caught my eye…bread! lowers your high blood and cholesterol! Well, I suffer both, its hereditary, as it does run in the family so I do need to watch what I eat…so, read on and we do this stuff already…so I guess I am in the right track… 🙂

Three grains recently tested had blood pressure benefits: whole wheat, barley, and brown rice. Look for them in whole-grain breads, cereals, and other grain-based goodies.
