I don’t know where or if I’d had this or not…I can’t remember, old age is surely a sucky thing.. memories kinda cloudy.. but it’s always yummy if you have rice with it! LOL… This is a simple dish to make and easy… so.. enjoy and thanks again Philippines Food & Recipes!

Here is a simple and very basic Filipino style corned beef with potato. This dish is perfect for breakfast. It can be served with bread also good partner with fried or steamed rice.

Filipino Corned Beef Ingredients:

* 1 can corned beef
* 1 big potato peeled, cut in strip
* 1 med. onion cut into pieces
* 1 tsp. chopped garlic
* 1 med. tomato-chopped
* pinch of ground black pepper
* 2 tbsp. cooking oil

Filipino Corned Beef Cooking Instructions:

1). Fry the potato then separate.

2). Saute garlic, onion and tomato.

3). Add the corned beef and pinch of black pepper.

4). When the mixture is almost cooked add the potato and a cup of water. Wait until it simmer and fully cooked. Mix it from time to time to avoid burning or sticking in the pan or pot.

5). Serve with bread, friend or steamed rice. Enjoy.
