Living In Condo Community…
The saga continues….
We finally have a much needed landscaper who is willing to work with us and have forwarded the contract to the board members for review. This all happened as one owner who step up to the plate…she did very well and the board is grateful that she is supporting this community and I for one would like to nominate her for the Chair for the Grounds Committee. Â 🙂
The renovation is moving along and I have a feeling that my building will the last one to be painted…oh well.. just have to wait i guess…
Everyone is asking who are the new officers and who is the president, well, they will have to come to our next homeowner meeting which is scheduled to be the last Tuesday of every month…same time/place…
