Long Covid? Well, At Least A Long Convalescene Part 4

We are coming to the end of January, this month was also my honey bun birthday as well. I was still in hospital when his birthday came and went. He is not one to celebrate, I would usually plan something and its always about food. We are both foodie, we love food and he likes his real ale as well! I am not much of a drinker, but he taught me how to taste the different real ales….I know what I like, I prefer the light and mild and hubby is more on the hoppy, bitter real ale, there are some I do like, but I would turn them  to Shandy…which he grimaces 😛 LOL!!

February has come and another 2 weeks sick note sent too! To me this month, really flew so fast, I am trying to remember, but nothing really exciting except that I was slowly but surely improving as I have increase my walking around the living room, backyard, upstairs – doing it around 4-5 times around. I knew that I can go outside and walk further from the door to the end of the driveway. I did venture out walking towards the alley way from the door on my street but didn’t quite make it. I only made so far to my neighbour house (62) and had to walk back to the house. I was scared as my breathing was not normal. Yes, my oximeter is being used and it still being collected from the medical staff. They would keep in contact with me if I had any questions and if my reading fell below 90%, but it just to see how I was doing and I would tell them what I have been doing and how I felt.
