Most Expensive Coffee

An Animal That Poops Gourmet Coffee:

Say Hello to the Civet: The Maker of $600 Coffee
Yes, it’s true — this mammal, native to Africa and Asia, is responsible for pooping out the world’s most expensive coffee, called Kopi Luwak. Civets are fed coffee cherries, and during digestion the animal’s enzymes mix with the coffee beans before they, ahem, pass through, giving the beans a unique, bitter taste. See how it all happens…

Gathering the Dung With Gloves…
In East Java, workers use gloves to clear the results of the feast.

That Ain’t Peanuts and Nougat.

The Very Expensive End Result

I have sampled this coffee when visiting the Phillipines, and I don't think that it is worth the money.

I agree that this coffee alamid is one of the finest and best coffee's in the planet. No doubt that this is the reason why it is expensive.

Coffee that is made from the waste of a civet is the most delicious coffee I ever tasted. Although, at first I was afraid to drink it because it comes from a civet's waste.

Coffee Alamid is exclusively gathered from wild civets. We do not cage animals for profit.

This is not Coffee Alamid…Coffee Alamid respects and protect animals! Even if they don’t have lawyers!
