Recipe ~ Chicken Casserole ~

Here is a recipe that a good friend of mine sent…she is a great cook and wanted to share her favorite recipe so here it is and hope that you enjoy it as much as we do.  I’ve had this before when we have visited her and its truly yummy! In fact, this is going to be our dinner on Monday…it is easy to make and let us know if you’ve made it for your family or friends. 🙂

CHICKEN CASSEROLE

1- 8OZ SOUR CREAM
1 CAN OF CREAM OF  CHICKEN SOUP
1 -2 STACKS OF RITZ CRACKERS
1 TBSP MELTED BUTTER
3-4 CHICKEN BREAST DEBONED AND DICED UP
MIX SOUR CREAM AND CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP AND POUR OVER DICED OR CUBED CHICKEN
AND MIX AND PUT IN CASSEROLE DISH MIX BUTTER WITH CRUMBLED RITZ CRACKER CRUMBS AND SPREAD OVER TOP OF CHICKEN MIXTURE.
COOK 350 DEGREES FOR 30-40 MINUTES UNTIL BUBBLY AND CRUST GOLDEN BROWN
SERVE  2-4 PEOPLE.
