Winner of IPMA – Young Filipino-American!

Well, just this bit of news might be old, but I just found it and thought of sharing with you.  We are striving to make a difference in this world and I am proud to say that I am a Filipina-American.  There is a lot of news, but we never get to hear it unless we go know where to go to get them.  I found this news item and it was published in 11/2008!  I wanted to see if you all have heard of this guy that won this acclaimed award – IPMA – International Young Project Manager Award.
