Folks, we have cancelled this months meeting – due to unforeseen circumstances ~ so the Board has decided to cancel this meeting and make the next meeting and be sure that everyone’s agenda is clear for the that day. We have scheduled the meeting as the last Tuesday of each month, I think its not alot to ask that we keep clear our day planner just for this months’ meeting.
Well, we are getting real close to getting our project finished and closing the loan so that we can start with the on going project of landscaping, etc… and making sure that the rules or By-Laws and Covenants are follow thru… its taken a lot of work, and slowly but surely this community will be rocking no time soon with the property value up!
