Gas Prices

I can’t believe this!! I wake in the morning today and way to work, the gas price was at $3.03 for Regular; On way home, the gas prices are up $3.07???? WOW, this is really getting ridiculous…is anyone else feeling the crunch? We hardly go out anymore, just cuz of the price keeps going up! Hubby says, by the summer, it will be $4!!

This getting out of hand…and is everyone feeling the same as I do? Please comment…

Living In Condo Community…

….the saga continues…. I got a phone call from hubby stating that our neighbor was in distress after speaking with another homeowner (who owns 2 units – but NOT live in the community) – and wanted to talk to both of us…well, I am a Board Member and represent the Community in whole, and called the BOD. Told them what was going on, and I will be emailing them of what was said…

In order to prevent me from having to tell a very long story – here’s it is short version: One homeowner who will not be named, sued the community for something that was false and we went to court, and was settled and in that agreement she can not make anymore accusation w/o due course (evidence).

She is doing it again…now its my duty to alert the rest of the BOD and our Property Manager of what is going on.

You know, all i wanted was to own a piece of propety and climb the ladder for ownership of property thru owning something small that we can afford and move up in the real estate ladder….

She is at her tricks again, and doesn’t she realize that she is suing and wasting all this hard money (which includes her as well) for this stupid crap?

Okay, well now I going to email the board, and then to bed, i feel like crap and need some rest, fighting a cold/sinus infection. Goodnight and stay tune for more…LOL…. 🙂
