We been doing this yoga for a bit, it’s not always every day, but since we have started it does help with your stretching and flexibility and makes you feel better…refreshed! We joined a gym and they offer a yoga for a group class and I intend to joining, schedule permitting! So, if you would like to know why Yoga is good.. see the Video here!
