Well, here we are again, tis that time again to be Jolly! My time flew too fast this year!

I want to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas celebration with friends and family. Its a sad time for my family this time again, as we lost a member of our ever growing family, Heidi Willkom Pepito ~ my cousin who passed away last week at such a young age! She was only 26 yrs old; the time she had here was short but the memories are forever!

Have a great time celebrating with your friends and loved ones, as life is to short! Happy Christmas to everyone and a VERY MERRY NEW YEAR ~2009~

Well, just this bit of news might be old, but I just found it and thought of sharing with you.  We are striving to make a difference in this world and I am proud to say that I am a Filipina-American.  There is a lot of news, but we never get to hear it unless we go know where to go to get them.  I found this news item and it was published in 11/2008!  I wanted to see if you all have heard of this guy that won this acclaimed award – IPMA – International Young Project Manager Award. This might not be the Oscars, or the Grammy’s or better yet the Tony’s…but still we are making impact on the world! Here is the excerpt of that story…

Dear Cousin Heidi

Today, we lost a member of our ever growing family, my cousin, Heidi Willkomm Pepito who passed away today.  We connected thru Facebook, and I found a few of my family members that I’ve lost contact with or have not met.  My relation with Heidi is from my Mom’s side of the Family – Willkomm-Dunn – this family has grown since I was a little girl growing up in California.

I never had the opportunity to meet Heidi, but from what I’ve read about her, she was loved by all and she will be missed terribly by all of us.  I know that she is with all of our family members that has gone and our Lord Saviour.
